5 Year Limited Warranty

All Timedots products carry a five-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries; (b) to cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (d) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Timedots; (e) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Timedots; (g) if the serial number has been removed or defaced.

Timedots does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Timedots is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. If you have any questions or concerns about your Timedots clock, please contact us at: info@time-dots.com

If we cannot not resolve your issue via e-mail, you can send your wall clock to be serviced at Timedots. Also, depending on the issue, we might ask you to take your wall clock to your local watchmaker, and get the problem fixed on Timedots’ bill. This procedure will save you and Timedots the time and costs of shipping your wall clock around the globe.

The two most frequent problems for Timedots are:

1) An AA-battery of poor quality causing the clockwork to lose time. Timedots recommends Duracell or Energizer batteries, which in our tests have been found to keep the clockwork going for over 2 years. 2) The hands are touching each other as they cross, and cause the clock to run inaccurately. In this case the hands would need an adjustment by either Timedots or a watchmaker.
